Product: HP Chromebook x360 - 14c-ca0004na
Operating System: Chrome OS

I have had the screen replaced on my Chromebook x360 14c-ca0004na. After it was replaced the keyboard and touchpad no longer work and when using just the touchscreen option I can no longer pinch the screen to zoom in etc. 

I am now unsure if this has been done correctly by the Computer Repair Service that I used. 

Can someone offer some advice and guidance please?

Contact Computer Repair Service and request an inspection. The device does not work as expected and it needs to be corrected, it is as simple as that.
