HI,

I am facing the problem of a yellowish impression of keyboard on the laptop screen.Its only been few weeks since i bought this laptop.And it does not go away after cleaning also. There are lot of complaints for this model hp14s cr1005tu  online.

It's very annoying to look at while working. I din't expect it from hp products. 

I believe hp will look into this problem and handle it accordingly.

Else it will be a ripoff.😫☹️😤

@mohitsohran I understand your concern and I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
