Keyboard is not disabled in tablet mode

I reset Win 10 to factory settings and reinstalled all drivers with HP Support Assistant on my new zbook because of the problems with not working closing lid action. After the Win and drivers reinstall, the keyboard is not disabled in tablet mode and touch keyboard doesn't pop up when a text field has focus, which worked before the reinstall.

According to internet, there should be keyboard  tablet mode auto lock setting  in Control panels  ,but in my Win 10 is missing

Model number is 2ZC63EA.

Fixed by latest BIOS HP Q71 Ver. 01.07.00, 15.04.2019
