Product: HP notebook 15-ac121dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I replaced my notebook’s LCD screen with the same model given my the HP parts search but it won’t turn on. The computer boots up and shows an image on an external monitor. I tried resetting and downloading updates graphics drivers but nothing seems to work.

Hi,
You have pressed the F4 key or in the settings chosen that both screens should be on (not second screen only)
It could be the screen cable which is defective.
It could be that the new screen is defective, you could probably try on a different PC to see.
regards,
David
