Laptop Gudget Laptomo s3 double screen

Hallo there, I have a 12th gen intel r core tm i3-1215u hp 15s-fq5002nv and would like to know if my new gadget Laptomo s3  can run on my laptop. I also did buy a ISY 10-in-1 USB-C multiport Adapter with 2 HDMI  slots. so in general now i have 1 HDMI slot on my laptop and 2 on the Adapter. But i tried every possible way to run the second screen of Laptomo and didn't work. Laptop does not see the HDMI from the ISY. Please help me to find a way so i can run all 3 screens on my laptop. No more updates are available 😕 Do i have to buy a new laptop? it's only few months in my hands.

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Ensure you have the latest drivers for the ISY adapter and Intel GPU.

Test different USB-C ports and make sure the adapter is plugged in correctly.

Use the Display Settings in Windows to manually detect the second screen.

Consider using a powered USB hub or alternative connection methods (DisplayPort, DisplayLink).
