Friends, good day, I have an HP Laptop that has a damaged memory slot, as soon as you put a memory module in that slot the computer works fine for a couple of minutes and then the screen goes black, but the computer continues to work and I affirm it because you hear the audio of the video that I left running, After having tested with several memory modules the situation did not improve, and I started to observe the surface of the motherboard and I found a blown component that seems to be a capacitor, as if it exploded, someone will know the code of said component to be able to look for its replacement, it seems that it is from the voltage supply of that RAM memory slot, I share the motherboard code.
Amigos, buen día, tengo una Laptop HP que tiene un Slot de memoria dañado, en cuanto colocó un módulo de memoria en ese slot la computadora funciona bien por un par de minutos y después la pantalla se va a negros, pero la computadora sigue funcionando y lo afirme porque se escucha el audio del video que deje corriendo, Después de haber probado con varios módulos de memoria la situación no mejoro, y me puse a observar la superficie del motherboard y encontré un componente volado que parece ser un condensor, como que exploto, alguien sabrá el código de dicho componente para poder buscar su remplazo, parece ser que es de la alimentación de voltaje de ese slot de memoria RAM, comparto el código del motherboard
