Laptop Keyboard touch problem

hi,

I have problem with one of my keyboard input ( "A" letter) witch alway move out from keyboard. The computer is pretty new and the parts involved are not broken but just seem to be "bad shapped" (sorry for my english, i hope you will understand what i mean).

So i try to find spare part to replace this touch but i'm unable to find it on any hp website (i try US and french website for parts replacement with no success)

Since this is a Hardware issue with the Keyboard, please contact HP Support for Service Options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
