I purchased this Laptop less than 6 months ago. After an hour of use, the screen turns pink and all images duplicate in blue as an overlay or outline when attempting to navigate or scroll. I have downloaded the recommended HP diagnostics tools and ran each various test which returns no failure results. At this point I am concerned about how to determine what is obviously failing, correct it and maintain the license for the Microsoft Word software I purchased for 1 PC should this device require replacement.

@S_E_A_83, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Connect an external monitor to check if the issue persists.
You may also observe this on the BIOS screen:
Turn off the computer, press the power button, and then repeatedly press the F10 key. Normally, the Compaq or HP splash screen displays press F10 to enter the BIOS just before the BIOS menu opens.
Install updates using HP Support Assistant
- In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.
- Check for updates.
- If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.
Also, check for any pending windows update. Reboot the computer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
