Laptop Screen is not turning on after 20 days of not using it. Even mouse light is barely turning on

My laptop screen is not turning on after 20 days of not using it. Now even after fully charging it screen is not turning on. Though , I could able to charge my phone through cable connected to laptop after I removed and placed battery again. But laptop is not turning on, even mouse down light is not getting light in it, just blink of light once while plugging on.

  Please help me out from this !!
