@NEVIIIIII, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Based on the visual symptoms green pixels and vertical lines on your HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 screen,
Recommended Steps to Troubleshoot:
Perform a Hard Reset
- Power off the laptop.
- Disconnect all external devices and power adapter.
- Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
- Reconnect the power adapter and turn on the laptop.
Connect to an External Monitor
- Use an HDMI cable to connect your laptop to an external display.
- If the external display works fine, the issue is likely with the laptop screen or internal cable.
- If the external display also shows green pixels, the issue may be with the graphics card or driver.
Update Graphics Drivers
- Go to Device Manager → Display adapters.
- Right-click your graphics adapter and select Update driver.
- Choose Search automatically for drivers.
Alternatively, download the latest drivers from the HP Software and Driver Downloads page.
Run HP Hardware Diagnostics
- Turn off the laptop.
- Turn it back on and immediately press Esc repeatedly, then F2 to open HP PC Hardware Diagnostics.
- Run the Display Test to check for hardware issues.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
