Laptop Webcam Lens, Blurry/Foggy

Hi, I have Hp pavilion gaming 15-EC1216ng and my Webcam was foggy after cleaning the lens (I tape it up and take it off during video calls, but over the hot summer the residue transferred over to the plastic), I could have mistakenly given it scratches, cleaned it with rubbing alcohol. Can anyone tell me how I could approach this, I could send it in for repair but I need this for my daily work, something that I could do by my self in the evening maybe?
