HP Laptop PC 15-dw3000 (1A3Y0AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop connected to the projector with an HDMI cable is fine, but connected through the HDMI-VGA adapter there is no signal, even though with other computers it work normally. Observed with other computers, the 2 machines will adjust themselves to the appropriate resolution to get the signal, but not with my HP laptop. This problem is quite serious because I often use projectors in my work, while many projectors are still using VGA cables. Please help to solve. Thank very much!
