Hello,

I've been having an issue where my laptop freeze crashes after playing games for a random amount of time (usually 10+ minutes). 

I'll be playing a game like Warzone, then the screen/whole system freezes, so I have to force power off. No error messages.

I've tried checking things like event viewer but nothing appears. 

 

It only ever seems to crash when playing gpu intensive games.

 

Really frustrated as this is the 3rd separate issue I've had with this laptop
