Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.
BIOS: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98001-98500/sp98416.exe
Graphics: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp96501-97000/sp96816.exe
Follow the steps in the below article to update the BIOS.
