Hi,

I think my laptop has some problems with connecting to the pen. I have 2 pens, and they are both auto-connect to my laptop. However, they do not connect today. One of them is rechargeable, and the other uses batteries, so it should not be a battery problem. When I make it close to the laptop, there are no censors, and no pen menu displayed. I already tried restarting my computer and checking for updates but it doesn't;t help.

Please help me with this. Thank you
