Product: Hp probook 430 g6
Hey guys,
I recently bought a laptop which is Hp probook 430 g6. The issue is that it doesn't goes to sleep when the lid is closed. Even though the I set it to sleep in power options.
The shop owner from whom I bought this laptop says that HP haven't updated this option in their bios and will be updated soon, and I doubt that. As I currently doesn't have my laptop because I hand it back to the seller to figure the issue, I cannot ask hp support directly.
I wanted to ask if this is true or not? Or he's making that up?
