Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-r0000 (76S99AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Mein Laptop zeigt auf dem integriertem Bildschirm nichts an und man kann nichts eingeben, weil er die Tastatur und alle Eingabe Geräte und Ausgabe Geräte die im Gehäuse enthalten sind nicht mehr erkennt schließt man eine externe Maus, Tastatur und Monitor an funktioniert er aber erkennt praktisch das Gehäuse nicht wenn man ihn ausgeschaltet hat lies er sich nicht mehr einschalten wenn man in öffnet und die Batterie samt die Flex Kabel die Darunter liegen absteckt ( wahrscheinlich die Tastatur) und wieder anschließt startet er aber verliert alles wieder. Der Laptop ist ungefähr 2 Jahre alt. wenn jemand eine Idee hat gerne melden.
