Product: HP ENVY Laptop 13-ba1000 (1F4E3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Recently, my laptop has been freezing when it is not pluggen into the power source. I have tried literally from resetting my laptop to reinstalling latest softwares. My touch screen also stopped working recently and when I checked my device manager, my I2C HID device driver had an error on it. I am confused as to what to do the driver says it is up to date however the problem still persists. Please help me i have even tried redownloading the driver however the problem is not yet resolved

I have a similar issue but its not freezing.  My I2C HID says can not start error 10.
