Laptop is displaying a black screen yet running, It is able to display when connected to a monitor

The laptop constantly displays a black screen but I can I can log on and use it, I just cant see anything, it also perfectly displays perfectly on my monitor. I am up to date on updates, so I'm wondering there any graphic drivers I need to download to fix this problem?

I have the same problem,

My Laptop is: HP Envy x360 Convertible 15-ed0xxx,
and am on OS: Windows 11 Pro version 23H2,
all windows updates are up-to-date,
all drivers are up-to-date according to WinZip Driver Updater.
