My laptop keeps crashing and restarting every time I watch a video. It lasts a little longer if I turn down the quality of the video, but I don't want to do that. My browser won't even attempt to play youtube tv; I just get an error message that they've run into a problem. Well I'm pretty sure it is the onboard graphics card that is the problem (intel uhd 620). I understand that I cannot replace the graphics card without replacing the motherboard, which is impractical. What can I do about this? Is there any workaround?

It should be OK when watching FHD videos. 4K videos is too much that why it crashed. Which video player software you are using ? Please try VLC
