Product: HP ENVY Laptop 13-ba1000 (1F4E7AV)

Hello,

My sons laptop has keys that occasionally are sticky or slow to respond. 
It’s hard to confirm as testing the keys usually show they work. 
Looking for advise on,

-Cleaning the entire keys, keyboard and note book. 
-Replacing keys. 
-Other fault finding tips.
