Hi Team,
Kindly help us to know what the escalation matrix for service request.
Does you guys take 8 days for sending me the quotation for the laptop screen.
I had raised the ticket (Edited) on 28th October'25 and it almost 8 days over but still I have not received my quotation.
Everytime I reach the agents they assure me and ask me to wait for 24 hours and already 4 times 24 hours are over but still no response.
I keep on saying it my office laptop and i need to complete my job. But I don't know what type of service are you providing and what sla are you managing. HP is becoming worst in services.
