Product: HP Notebook 15-dy1085nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

There is a driver issue with the Graphics Processor.  The Screen flickers with the USB mouse (wireless) and/or the trackpad.  This does not happen with the touch screen operation.  The Drivers for the mouse and the GPU seem up to date, but the issue persists.  I get updates for the Operating system, MacAfee and Microsoft Office on a regular basis.  Thank you

I see that you are facing issues with your HP Notebook 15-Dy1085nr wherein the screen flickers when mouse or touchpad is operated.

 

I suggest that you update the BIOS by following this document. (Click on the word document to open the web page).
