Laptop screen fuzzy and flickers on and off

My laptop screen becomes distorted and fuzzy. It will flicker on and off and go to a black screen with lines flickering on it and then goes back to the normal screen but certain icons, like the mouse, will still be fuzzy and distorted. Only had this laptop a couple of months!!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the display flickers randomly.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number of your computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.
