HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-f1000 (2L1A9AV)

Hello,

Yesterday I did all the usual things on laptop I normally do and turn it off at 90% battery but when I went to turn it back on today  the screen didn't lit up.

The laptop turns on as I hear the windows startup sound but the screen is OFF (not even black screen). I know the laptop is working because I connected it to my tv via hdmi cable and was able to see the screen on tv. But the laptop screen is still OFF.

I had faced this same issue 1-2 times before and resolved it by connecting to tv via hdmi and rolling back the display drivers in device manager. But this time the roll back option is greyed outz also I tried disabling, enabling, uninstalling the display drivers but nothing worked.

Give me a solution please.

Since you’ve already tried rolling back the drivers with no luck, try turning off the laptop, unplugging it, and holding the power button for 15-20 seconds. Then, reconnect and power it on. If the screen still doesn't work, it may be a hardware issue or require further troubleshooting with display settings or BIOS adjustments. If none of this helps, it might be best to seek professional assistance.
