Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-aw2003dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Screen on my HP Spectre is cracked (touchscreen no longer works) and I want to get it repaired. Third-party tech repair place near me said they couldn't get the parts, so I went to Best Buy as that was listed as an HP repair center. Best Buy employee gave me a quote but said because it was out of warranty, it would be cheaper to go directly through HP. After frustratingly looping through the HP support website, I am not seeing any way to try to go "directly through HP": my only contact options are to go to a Best Buy or pay for on-call tech support. How can I get my screen repaired?
