Laptop screen has keyboard shadows suddenly. It is frustrating in light backgrounds. I see that there are other people who have raised similar issues in HP community, so I wonder if it is a hardware issue from HP product. 
Would like to know how to remove this background, and if the hardware requires repair, will the HP bear the cost?WhatsApp Image 2024-02-19 at 2.50.12 PM.jpeg

Are you using the cloth that came with the new laptop that goes between the keyboard and screen?

Not using any cloth between the keyboard and the screen. I believe laptop's generally requires no cloth
