Product: HP Envy 13 aq0000na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, my HP Envy 13 screen doesn't switch on when I turn my laptop on! I thought this maybe due to dislocated bottom cover on the right hand side of the laptop everytime I open and close it!

I have attempted to tighten the screws to see if maybe disconnected fixings maybe the cause of the problem but to no avail!

 

 

Please help..thanks in advance 🙂

Have you tried connecting an external monitor to check if it works?

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - Computer Starts but Screen Remains Blank (Windows 10, 😎
