Product: HP ENVY x360 15 Convertible PC 15-eu1000 (4V9Q2AV)

The laptop was working fine 

all of a sudden it started to turn off then on then go into sleep mode the on then off then on etc

when it boots into Windows it will again repeat the off on cycle
Has anyone had this problem 
What can I do to correct this issue
