Product: HP 14s-fq0000 Laptop PC (12N13AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop will NOT detect an external monitor despite following all guidance/troubleshooting, installing drivers etc - HELP!

Hi @Tillycat44 

 

Which port do you use? HDMI or USB, USB cannot be used, they are not compatible with DisplayPort.

Yes was trying USB.  Do I need to connect HDMI to HDMI for it to work?
