HP Notebook - 14-r208nv (ENERGY STAR)

So, I have an HP NOTEBOOK - 14-r208nv that had it's screen broken many years ago. The last years, we were using it with an external monitor and it worked fine, but recently, it's hdd got corrupted (The Problem has nothing to do with the fact about the corrupted drive and such). I bought a new ssd drive for it and put it inside carefully not to cause any damage and also disconnecting the screen and removing it entirely. Now, when I plug in the laptop and connect it to the external display, I can see the lights at the botton left that it is open and that the hard drive is working but there was no signal on the monitor. The Monitor could tell that there was something connected but it had no signal. (It is not the fault of the monitor or the hdmi cable, I tried many cables, both hdmi and vga and got the same result). I tried many things to get it to send the signal to the external monitor, either by fn and f4, f4 alone, f1, everything and yet nothing had changed. I basically want to connect to the bios or UEFI of the computer so that I can install the os. if anyone knows a solution, please help me fix it. Thank you in Advance
