On an HP ENVY x360 laptop, owned for less than 2 years, the left hinge is functioning improperly, causing the lower left screen corner to pull free from its frame. The equipment doesn't shut properly and at least one small(insignificant looking) piece has come out. It's been handled gently with very little torque. It was $1,000.00 and I now regret "going for it" and purchasing this device. Is there any recourse; or recall? Thanks, Pat
