Hi Guys,
I need some help!
My laptop was not being dropped or anything. Out of nowhere, the laptop would not close, and a little metal part popped out from the left hinge joint, and the left hinge was broken. I purchased my laptop three years ago, I am out of warranty. Can I please know where I can take it to get it fixed?
I have noticed that my screen control has occasionally malfunctioned for the past few days. I thought it was because I was using a Bluetooth-connected mouse, the center control conflicted with the wireless mouse. While, maybe it is associated with the loosened hinge which eventually broke down. Other than this issue, I did not see anything suspicious.
Thank you in advance for your help!
