Line through camera HP Spectre

Suddenly, I am getting a line through the top of the screen when I open the webcam via any webcam app. I typically use Microsoft camera but as I said, it happens with any webcam application. I am assuming that this is a hardware issue but I was hoping that there may be a fix out there without having to get this repaired. I have attached a picture that I took via the webcam to show the line. Additionally, the camera quality is very poor.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the webcam video quality.
