Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

About a week ago I noticed a small blob on the center of the lower part of my screen.  Now there are lines going up the screen diagonally.  My husband purchased this computer for me and he said I should email HP to see what can be done.  However the warranty is expired as of 07/20/2020 and I do not know where to look for assistance.

Please check in the BIOS and let me know if you see the blob with lines

 

If the issue persists please contact HP Support in your Region for Service Options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
