HP Recommended

I have a brand new m24M conferencing monitor, but it keeps going blank (where I lose picture and sound), before coming back on a few seconds later. If I move the mouse while the screen is blank, it suddenly comes back quicker - suggesting a sudden sleep mode. I have done everything suggested by ChatGPT - the connections are fine, driver updated, sleep mode is off, it is in performance power mode, the resolution and refresh rate are fine. What else can it be? It is not just annoying,  it compromises my ability to do live things on it.
