MY DISPLAY IS SHOWING DARK VERTICAL LINES WITH HIGH BRIGHTNESS AND ITS ALL OVER THE LAPTOP,AND THE LAPTOP IS COMING OUT OF ITS COVER AND THE BATTERY IS DEAD COOLENT FAN IS ALSO NOT WORKING

This sounds like a hardware related issue, In order to get it fixed, you need to ship the unit in for repair or you can consider upgrading to a new computer as its an obsolete operating system, I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options for your computer. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
