Hi
I manually updated the Intel Graphics Driver to the latest version and it works fine but sometimes my laptop is on but it wont start then after that when I forcefully start then it again changes back to old version. All of a sudden my laptop just restarts so I thought my graphics driver is outdated so I updated and after that it reverts back.

Can you guide me on this

Hi @Minhaz_Khan

Welcome to the HP Support Community. Thanks for bringing this to our notice.

I see that you are facing issues with your system. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.

  • May I know from when are you facing this issue?
  • Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?
  • May I know from where did you update the driver?
  • Also, may I know the current version of your driver after updating?

Please update the windows and check if the issue persists. Select Start > Settings > Windows Update , then select Check for updates. If updates are available, you can choose to install them.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
