Marks at the top of the screen on the anti glare coating

I Have marks at the top of the screen on the anti glare coating, not scratches ,looks like the screen can touch the keyboard when closed.its only 1 month old.

This seems to be a design problem, can the screen be replace as in warranty?, are HP going to modify the design ?

The marks are relativley small, but annoying and disapointing as the laptop is only 1 month old
