Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-dh0030tu

HELP!!!  My touchpad has stopped working and it looks like I have to install a new driver for the HID touchpad (because there isn't a driver visible)....but my operating system is Windows 11 and my laptop doesn't support Windows 11 (despite Windows suggesting the OS upgrade and allowing it to occur!)

Is there a way I can download a Windows 11 HID touchpad driver that will be compatible with my laptop?

Note: my device is an HP Pavillion x360 Convertible 14-dh0xxx

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W11 Synaptics touchpad driver from a newer model 14" notebook in the model series.
