Model HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 15-cr0xxx touch screen and screen top cover

Damaged the glass screen and screen top cover on my HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 15-cr0xxx touch screen laptop. I need the part numbers so that i can order them. I am unable to locate anything that says is is compatible with 15-cr0xxx touch screen. I can only find screens that say compatible for 15-cr0000.
