HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea1000 (446B8AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

About a month ago I connected an external display via USB-c to my HP Spectre x360. When I did this, and all subsequent times I have connected this display, my laptop's screen briefly goes black for about a second (also, if there is a video-Netflix, Youtube, etc the audio pauses as well). I'm far from a tech expert but this brief action is understandable given what I am having it do and I have no issue here. The problem is that ever since I connected that external display, every time I plug my laptop in to charge-also via USB-c-the same thing happens with my screen and any audio pausing for about one second, and this also happens whenever I unplug the charger. It is completely fine after that second; there are no lasting issues beyond that one second. It is just incredibly annoying that my screen goes black every time I plug in and unplug the charger. Anyone have the same issue and/or know a fix? Thank you!
