Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Whenever I play a game, lets say Roblox, Minecraft or games of Epic Games like BTD6. After a while of playing, which I'd completely guess to be around a few minutes after running it like 3-10 minutes later, the monitor suddenly goes into power-saving mode and no matter what you can't get it out of power-saving mode unless you restart the pc which is annoying for playing a game. Yeah I understand I use a recent model of the HP, the HP Z800 Workstation, one of my guesses was it just couldn't run games because it is a workstation. But this is not true coz I have had this PC for around 2-3 years already and I haven't had any problems since recently. I use a Lenovo Monitor, I know its definitely not the monitor's problem because I switched monitors and it still didn't stop the issue from happening. Since it is a old model I have to use VGA, the PC only has VGA and no HDMI cables. I use the NVIDIA Quadro 4000 as my video card, idk if that'll help. But I can run anything else perfectly fine, I have also set the power settings to never on both the display and the pc which didn't do anything. My best uneducated guess is that it is overheating as I do feel a slight but noticeable temperature change whilst playing a game which I think might cause the monitor to turn off, or the video card is overheating because of graphics or something. The problem first arose after a few weeks, like 4-5 weeks where I hadn't used the PC in a while, from then on It kept happening. Its a really weird situation as the same thing happened to another family member's PC in the same house, it was a different model PC but it kept happening to it too, I dont know anything about this but i just suspected a wifi or power issue. Also my PC is in the corner of my desk and room squished there, and I think this might cause overheating so i put a external fan to cool it and blow the air out whilst putting it further away and moving the desk to a new position, it still hasn't done anything. Please Help.

Thank you for your help, but I have recently figured out the problem. The graphics card inside my pc would overheat whilst playing hardcore gaming and stress, and probably cause itself to shutdown also making the monitor turn off too.

Thanks
