Hi. I have just bought a new HP Pavilion 14ck2851, and I have tried to dock it with a HP USB-C-dock G4. I have updated Windows and all drivers. But I am still not getting any video signal for my two external monitors connected to the docking station. The docking station works perfectly for my other HP laptop which I use at work.
Does this mean that my new HP Pavilion's USB-C does not support docking with external monitors, or is there anything I am doing incorrectly?

Pavilion 14ck2851 is an invalid model/product. What EXACTLY is your Pavilion 14ck2851 ? Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).

Thank you for your kind reply. It seems that I have made a typo in my post above. The model number should be Pavilion 14ce2851. I hope this helps to find a solution to my problem described in my previous post.
