Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-dh0043tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I had updated to windows 11 few months back. After that my mouse stops working after every few weeks. The pointer also disappears. After updating the system software it reappears. But this time its not back since last 3 days. I updated the software also but it did not come back. In fact the device manager list does not show the mice drivers.
