Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15z-ds100 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
The mouse cursor on my HP is glitching, moving around the screen, and clicking things all on its own. The issue seems to be the touchpad, as when I use an external mouse it's a little easier to control, but still has the same problem. Everything with my Windows is up to date, did a System BIOS update, and uninstalled and reinstalled the mouse drivers. The mouse is normal for a minute or so when I restart the laptop, but then eventually goes back to glitching around. I have tried so many different solutions online and nothing is working, and I do not have $100 for a one-time support question.
