Hi, I recently bought a HP Pavilion 15 etc. But I seem to have problems with my mousepad. The corner left under blocks when I try to use it, while the right side acts smoothly. Does anyone have some tips? Thx

@MarleenL

I have gone through your Post and this seems to be a Hardware issue with the Touch pad buttons since the right side is working fine

Could be the Touchpad is not aligned properly. Since this is a brand new Notebook, I suggest you get it replaced at the store you purchased it from

You can also contact HP Support for Service Options

Thank you 😊
