I would like to add a second external display for my laptop. I am already using the one and only HDMI port for the first one. According to the specs, my type C USB port is data only. Most of the docking stations I have seen use the type c connection to the laptop when dealing with multiple displays. What would be the best way to set up multiple screens with my laptop?

If you wish to have 2 or more external monitors (and notebook monitor - total 3), please enter your requirement on the following link and it will find for you few USB-A DisplayLink Certified options on market today including some HP products (you can select HP before Search)

I've already bought two type C devices that do not work.  My computer will not recognize the monitor attached to them.  I'm looking for a different solution that will work with my specific computer.  HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cs2071nr.  My Type C port apparently doesn't have video capability, and my only HDMI port is already in use by my first monitor.  Are there any other options?
