HP Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-f1000 (508S1AV)

Case ID [Personal Information Removed] was closed a few days back stating "HP Hardware Product that has been damaged or rendered defective as a result of accident, misuse, liquid spills, abuse, contamination, or other external causes." I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed by service and product quality of HP.

First of all, I don't agree with your observations(as mentioned below) that the impression/marks on the screen is due to damage and misuse. It is very much evident that the shape of the marks on the screen are exactly the same shape/size of the company's sticker/logo next to the keyboard. Even your engineer who did the inspection mentioned that size and share of the marks are exactly same that of sticker/logo and the display will be replaced.
So, it is very difficult for me to understand and agree with your observations as mentioned below . Everyday I close the laptop lid after my work is done and believe that's a standard practice or way of using a laptop ... Isn't it ? so help me understand how you have defined this as "misuse".
And there was no liquid spill or physical damage was there.

I have bought this high end Laptop just 3months ago, and within this short span of time this problem has occurred, which itself is very surprising and what is more surprising is that you are saying this has happened  due to misuse or damage.

I have escalated to Subrata Sahoo (as per escalation matrix), but unfortunately he did nothing, pathetic service.
