Product: Probook 650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Probook 650 and a Slimline docking station and would like to use dual monitors but while the laptop is in the docking station only one monitor connection is active. Once the laptop is removed from the docking station all connections are active.

How can I correct this issue?

which Probook 650 ? is it a G1, G2 , G3 , G4 or G5 ?

 

which are the resolution of both monitors ?

Hoe do connect the, via DP ports ?

 

what do you mean with "once the laptop is removed from the docking station all connections are active." ?
